Another Moody Monday

Can’t pinpoint what it was, but today started out quite positively and now I’m feeling a bit in a funk. I was in good spirit, did my Español lesson religiously after breakfast, then sat on the porch reading a book while watching incense burn. At that moment all felt “right”, as if this was all I ever wanted..

It’s yet another hot summer day that the temperature reached low 90°F. Towards afternoon, clouds got thicker and the sun disappeared. We came back home from town and I saw the currently flowering agave. It’s beautiful, and at the same time it dampened my mood. I brought my camera and captured this image..
