These colorful markings were not there last time when I was here. My reaction was mixed, but I do think it’s great that the government is trying to make the city more pedestrian friendly.
Unfortunately I’ve already seen some motorbikes and cars occupying the green area with no regard for the law, and however briefly as the owners might claim..
