The celebration continues. My companion booked in advance for a special dinner on the Sydney Tower. The whole floor spins continuously and slowly that you barely notice it. Needless to say the view of the cityscape was amazing..
On a side note, I have to admit that the images captured with my iPhone 16 Pro were far more impressive and hassle-free than the one I posted here..

Not much to report today. Our gardener didn’t show this morning. It screwed up our plans for the day. Honestly I’m getting tired of this. We couldn’t help but wonder if it’s a New Mexican “thing“, that everything takes longer to get done..
Decisions, decisions. I’ve been spending most part of my day in front of the computer, backing up files to the “cloud” and reading online the pros and cons of using Synology Photos or Nextcloud.

I’m glad that I did some garden work this afternoon. Our yard is scattered with countless tumbleweeds and these days I’ve been trying to collect and dump them at the community center where they currently have a dumpster specifically for garden waste. The dumpster is often full to the brim and we are not allowed to leave the stuff on the ground. It’s always a gamble carrying our garden waste there. It has happened several times that we had to take it back home because the dumpster was already overloaded..
Today was pretty uneventful. It was overcast most of the day and we even received some moisture, which was more than necessary.
I spent most of the day cleaning up my studio, preparing and making space for my first NAS. I came across several items that I realized it’s time to let go. They were literally collecting dust..
