* I believe they are Rose Heath (Chaetopappa Ericoides) and they seem to be extremely hardy..

Ten minutes before I captured this image, the sky was almost gray even though there was a thin orange glow on the horizon. I was prepared to lower the blinds and accept that it was the end of the scene. Apparently it was a trick performed by the greatest magician. How could this be possible?
