This morning my companion surprised me with this plate of two eggs on English muffin. We usually prepare each own’s breakfast since we eat differently. Once in a long while, he will volunteer and prepare breakfast. The food may not be aesthetically great. It warms my heart and makes me unexplainably happy each and every time.
